The hotel's location provided easy access to various attractions. I walked to many restaurants, shops, and Central Park with no problems. The lobby was beautiful, it was always very well kept.
The elevators created significant delays. There was usually only one working. I also noticed a strange smell in the hallway on my floor. My room lacked a mini-fridge which was inconvenient.

the hotel features a 24-hour fitness center with modern equipment. i found a convenient coffee shop and snack store on site. the bag check service worked efficiently, and i got help arranging taxi rides.
the elevators experienced delays at certain times.

amazing location public transportation elevator service room cleanliness
The location was TRULY amazing. I could easily walk to many attractions and public transportation was close. I found the hotel to be close to Central Park and other landmarks.
The elevator service was definitely a problem. I waited a VERY long time for an elevator during peak hours. the room was not as clean as I expected.

everything reminded me of a dream. i was greeted with warmth and genuine care. the location is perfect (everything i wanted to see was within reach). i look forward to creating more memories here.
